I am enrolling in Virtual Learning Activities, where instruction is provided online through Zoom Meetings.
Acceptance is at the discretion of HKEEC.
Before starting Zoom activities, students must use their legal names and turn on their cameras. Additionally, a check-in via the chat room is mandatory at the beginning of the course and between each section.
Attendance will be monitored by our staff, and CPD hours will be deducted if a student is absent for more than 15 minutes per hour of class.
An official receipt will be sent to you within two weeks.
Generally, refunds are not granted once a participant registers for a course. The HKEEC reserves the right to approval or deny a student’s request for refund once the student successfully registered for the course. To cancel, students are required to promptly notify HKEEC at info@hkeedu.com.
If HKEEC cancels or alters a course, students will be notified immediately. The HKEEC will send an email with instructions for requesting a refund to the email address used by the student during the registration process.
The HKEEC reserves the right to make alterations regarding the course details.
